Sack Lunch Science

The Leo's Sack Lunch Science is a weekday program that lets youngsters age 6-12 enjoy some "brain food" along with their lunch. They'll be able to take an in-depth look through our exhibits and participate in science experiments, games, and art projects designed to exercise their brain and unleash their natural creativity and innovation. After the exploration, they can enjoy their lunch on our patio, lawn, or in the atrium.

When: June 13 - August 22
Wednesday - Friday
11:00am - 1:00pm

What to bring: Bring a sack lunch! Other suggested exploration tools include: camera, smart phone, pencil, sketch book, journal flash drive, magnifier, binoculars, a homemade invention or art piece to show off, drawings, or anything else you think you need for maximum exploration of the museum.

Registration is not required. Sack Lunch Science is FREE with museum admission. For groups of 15 or more, one adult chaperone is required for every five children.
