1. What is the exhibit schedule (hours/dates)?

The exhibit will open to the public on October 1st and run through December 17th. Salgado at The Leonardo will be open to the public Tuesday to Saturday. Monday the exhibit will be open to school groups only, and we will be closed Sunday.

2. What is the ticket price and how do I purchase them?

Tickets range from $5 for children, and $10 for adults. Senior, Military and Student discounts are available. Tickets may be purchased in advance at all SmithTix outlets. Tickets are also available for purchase at the door.

3. Where is this being held, how can I get there, and where can I park?

The exhibit is in The Leonardo at Library Square (the former downtown main library) located at 209 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. Visitors may enter from the plaza on the north side of the building.

4. Are there special admission days?

There will be a number of special events happening during the exhibit that
you may wish to attend. TIAA-CREF is sponsoring University of Utah
Week from October 26th-November 1st during which U of U students, faculty
and staff may attend the exhibit for free. Also, on December 2nd the exhibit
will be open to the public all day as part of a Human Rights Fair.

5. What is The Leonardo and why are you presenting the Exodus exhibit?

Inspired by Leonardo da Vinci, one of history's most versatile visionaries, The Leonardo at Library Square will be a one-of-a-kind Art, Culture and Science center that encourages visitors to see the world—and themselves—in new and imaginative ways.

The Leonardo at Library Square celebrates the spirit of wonder and humanity
that guided Renaissance master Leonardo da Vinci and inspires our own
exploration of the world. The Leonardo is committed to exploring and
connecting Art, Culture and Science in imaginative ways to enrich our lives,

7. Who is supporting this exhibit?

The Salgado Exhibit is presented by the Center for Documentary Arts, The Leonardo at Library Square, the SLC Film Center, and the University of Utah College of Humanities. Many groups and individuals have donated money and time to bring this exhibit to Utah. View Salgado sponsors »
