Build Your Own Salad Bar: Fresh spring mix, choice of four salad bar toppings, choice of two dressings, croutons, shredded cheese, lemonade and water service. Topping options include tomatoes, shredded carrots, hard boiled eggs, olives, broccoli, cucumbers, peas, mushrooms, and ham, turkey, or chicken. dressing options include ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, Caesar and Italian.
Soup Bar: Choice of two soups, artisan breads, soup toppings, lemonade and water service. Soup options include Home-style Chili, Broccoli Cheese, Chicken Noodle, Butternut Squash Bisque, Tomato Basil Bisque, Minestrone, or Chicken Tortilla.
Pasta Perfection Buffet: Two types of pasta, choice of two pasta sauces, garlic bread, Caesar salad, lemonade and water service. Pasta sauce options include Basil Pomodoro, Italian Cheese Alfredo, Ragu Bolognese and Sundried Tomato & Pesto Alfredo. Sliced chicken available to add on.
Fajita Bar: Choice of beef or chicken, sautéed bell peppers and onions, black beans or refried beans, Spanish rice, flour tortillas, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese, lemonade and water service. Tofu option available.
Bruschetta Chicken: Roasted herb chicken topped with fresh homemade tomato bruschetta, mozzarella cheese, confetti vegetable cous cous, mixed green salad, ranch and balsamic dressing, rolls, lemonade and water service. Vegetarian Option is Stuffed portobello mushrooms (stuffed with caramelized onions, squash, zucchini, sundried tomatoes, spinach, cream cheese, mascarpone, parmesan, and fresh herbs) with roasted red pepper cream sauce.
