Designed with your reception in mind, this budget-conscious package offers all of the fun and unique atmosphere of The Leonardo but without the high price tag of some other venues. We’ll help you throw the kind of party you and your guests will remember for a lifetime—and do it without breaking the bank.

  • Sorensen Events Center for up to 250 people
  • Your very own wedding coordinator to help with the details
  • A/V for music over the speakers and the ability to play your wedding video
  • Standard lighting package
  • Tables, chairs and linens to seat up to 250 people (linens can be booked with your specific colors in mind)
  • Door watch
  • CollaborART guest book, presented as a gift to you from The Leonardo
  • Sparkler Send Off

Renaissance Package – $7500

For the bride with discerning taste and a keen eye, the Renaissance Package from The Leonardo offers a bride-to-be the ability to craft a wedding that is as unique as she is, without breaking the budget. Add on our bevy of custom catering options and we can help you craft a night that is fashionable, memorable and oh so magical.

  • Sorensen Events Center for up to 250 people
  • Your very own wedding coordinator to help with the details
  • A/V for music over the speakers and the ability to play your wedding video
  • Specialty lighting package to include your colors. We will also light the outdoor courtyard for amazing nighttime pictures sure to light up your social media feed. Disco ball is included, but optional.
  • Tables, chairs and linens to seat up to 250 people (linens can be booked with your specific colors in mind)
  • Non-floral centerpieces, crafted by you and the event coordinator
  • Access to our preferred vendor list and discount pricing for floral, music, etc.

Regal Package – $12000

From flowers to catering and everything in between, this is the queen of wedding packages. We’ll handle everything for you—from buying your flowers to helping you get a top-notch photographer—we will handle everything so all you have to do is tell us what you like and we’ll deliver a wedding and/or a reception that will leave you in awe.

 

Package includes:

  • Sorensen Events Center for up to 250 people
  • A personal event planner specifically dedicated to your event. Our event planner will help you with everything from flowers, to photos to music. You tell us what you like and we’ll present you with options.
  • Live music in a style of your choosing. From big band to big hair music, we can do it all.
  • Unlimited lighting package that will allow you to deck out the reception hall and the atrium however you like. Make the space personal and spectacular.
  • Tables, chairs, chair wraps for the head table, specialty linens and center pieces and anything else to make your wedding look amazing
  • We’ll handle all the floral for you—you just pick what you like and we’ll get it
  • A beautifully designed wedding cake
  • On-site photographer
  • Photo booth
  • Door watch
  • A beautiful painting of a subject of your choosing, commissioned by you and created by The Leonardo’s artist in residence. (Certain limitations apply.)

Event Center

Our event center gives you beautiful, natural light during the day and transforms into a stylish hub of festivities at night. This space has a beautiful layout and stunning downtown views that will be admired by all your guests. From weddings to holiday parties, our event center can be customized and decorated to create your ideal event.

 

Capacity: 280 seated, 400 reception

Pricing: Sunday-Wednesday $2,000 (four hour block)

Thursday-Saturday $2,500 (four hour block)

Third Floor Courtyard

Hosted-events-3rd-floor-courtyardAn extension of the third floor event center, the outdoor courtyard will give your guests an opportunity to step outside while still being involved with the occasion. With beautiful outdoor scenery, this is a perfect add-on.

Tanner Atrium

Hosted-events-Tanner-atriumThe Tanner Atriums brings modern and contemporary feeling to your event. With views of our Dynamic Performance of Nature and Holozoic Veil (both permanent installations) this will give your guests something to talk about.

 

Capacity: 100 seated, 275 reception

Pricing: Available after hours only $1,800 (four hour block)

2nd Floor Human Rights Gallery

Step inside a place where you feel like making a difference. Enjoy our current exhibit No Fixed Address as it addresses the issue of homelessness within the state and country. Guests will be moved as they walk around the exhibit hall and admire all the pieces.

 

Capacity: 75 seated, 200 reception

Pricing: $700-$1,500

Dependent upon date, availability and current exhibit

Entire Museum Buy Out

GalaUse the whole museum to make a statement and throw a bash—just like City Weekly’s Best of Utah celebration or Google Fibers Salt Lake announcement. Guest will have access to whole museum where they can wander with wonder, ask big questions and find their inner genius. Now, who wouldn’t want that?

 

Capacity: 2,000

Pricing: $8,500-$10,000 (four hour blocks)
